BUT DEMOCRACY IS NOT BUILT OR SUSTAINED; by those who run away from reality. Instead reality must decide to acknowledge our right to legal authority decides; the value of our Constitution. By holding your leaders, and your judiciary: TO OBEDIENCE TO CONSTITUTIONAL LAW. The failure to obey the constitution is treason. The refusal to acknowledge: WE THE PEOPLE HAVE LEGAL RIGHTS, IN CONNECTION WITH OUR OWN GOVERNMENT. Is the foundation of democracy itself. Thereby we acknowledge: that it is “first amendment redress of grievances”; that provides the access and legal authority to demand our own courtroom as a nation or state: whereby we the people for ourselves, decide if our leaders have in fact kept their sworn oath to the state or nation. It is a true fundamental of democracy: that our ownership does not transfer to our employees. They are our employees, and they are subject to the same laws and legal rights of ownership; as are applied throughout society.
NOTHING is more deliberately: a DENIAL OF RESPONSIBILITIES; to this nation or state; than it is, to find out our leaders have not only allowed, but invested in those people who are risking our entire world to extinction. By any and all methods claiming knowledge that is not in evidence; but exists as fraud. The more than criminal at: that is world terrorism; using our nation, and our currency, and our future, to worship those who claim they can play god with life and world and energy. Without consequences we need to know; or the authority to refuse, which we are certainly legally entitled too.
The foundation of this redress is: TO IDENTIFY AND ESTABLISH BY THE EVIDENCE: WHAT IS TRUE. With regard to every threat, and every form of treason that is giving to “university plays god”; whatever they want. Destroying the currency with lies, to participate in “the universities are god”. Using media to propagate; the universities cannot be questioned; they know everything. A remarkable statement considering: they are merely former classmates of us all; and none are worthy of that kind of religious zeal. It is cult worship; when the courts refuse to question “the universities”, because only they can know. When the reality of being wrong is: OUR WORLD IS DYING, and extinction is next, for life and earth; as is proven by the evidence of failures.
So I will invite Americans: to understand, and join. As I have done for the last two years, and will continue in this year: THE LEGAL DEMAND FOR REDRESS OF GRIEVANCES; the foundation of protection, that is constitutionally valid. To prove the ownership of WE THE PEOPLE IS REAL; and to prove our employees of government, are merely our employees. To prove the cost of being wrong; in decisions such as covid/ in decisions such as “fusion”/ in decisions such as genetic mutilation/ in decisions such as immigration/ in decisions “by the multitude” as have been chosen “to kill us all”.
To facilitate this demand for a courtroom called WE THE PEOPLE WILL JUDGE YOU NOW. I refuse to pay the tax, both state and nation: until such time as OUR EMPLOYEES SHALL OBEY THE LAW, and produce the valid and real foundation of democracy which is WE OWN THIS NATION OR STATE; not you, our employees. BY REDRESS: a courtroom we own, as a nation or state. Where WE DECIDE WHAT IS TRUE. OUR DECISION, OUR JUDGMENT SHALL DECIDE OUR DIRECTION; AND OUR RISK. Looking at the reality of every threat we face; by law, by truth, by the hope of salvaging life and earth.
You are advised: THIS IS NOT THE REFUSAL TO PAY THE TAX, you will be required to pay “a fair appraisal”; as is being withheld. THIS IS ABOUT THE LEGAL DEMAND, AND THE CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT OF ENFORCEMENT; to prove our democracy is in fact “OURS”. To prove what is true. To prove the risks being taken have consequences beyond being wrong. To prove liberty is at stake; as seen in “covid”. To prove the value of our decision as a state or nation is superior; to those who fantasize about playing god with life and world and energy; beyond the limits of what reality can prove is fair or justified by law.
WE, have the right: to INSIST that the values and purposes of safety and security and future, for the nation and state are being violated; and that in reality our leaders have established an open rebellion against our democracy; which must be evaluated by the evidence as best we can; to determine what is true. WE have the right to judge, and we have the right to redirect control over this nation and state; within constitutional guidelines for ourselves. We have the right; to change that constitutional law, as we the people see fit; by our vote.
YOU MUST SIGN AND SEND A LETTER TO THE IRS; indicating this is your decision. NOT to pay further income tax UNTIL THE CONSTITUTION IS OBEYED. And redress is satisfied by the realities of our own courtroom judgment as WE THE PEOPLE. US, SUPREME COURT cases 08-1339 and 11-100 remain docketed cases in this matter. Because a clerk of the court CANNOT dismiss a docketed trial, WITHOUT a judicial signature; the trial remains, and the clerk commits treason. THEREBY the demand for cause; explaining in constitutional detail; ANY construction of why redress is not allowed; SHALL GO ON TRIAL, if the law itself is not obeyed.
BEARING IN MIND: “the judiciary” IS NOT given any control over the constitution; nor are they its final say on interpretations. State ratification OR, WE THE PEOPLE; decide:

- who and when; will pay
- what do the children need to survive
- what does the environment/ life on earth, need to survive
- descriptions to be answered; from the public
- we vote/ winner takes all. The choice does not return, unless a greater percentage of people that did make this decision: are found by their vote who want it changed. That does not happen for four years; UNLESS the vote is under 51% acceptance of this choice.DO NOT assume the universities can help you do this; they are the people who created all this trouble/ that cannot mean “friend”. Or more distinctly: there is no place on earth more closed, blockading books and websites more, less freed to think on your own; etcetera: than are, the “universities”. As is the case with all religious zeal: only their book is correct/ only their expert is correct/ only their way is correct/ only their interpretation is correct. And they can never be wrong; because we fund their job, their playtime, LITERALLY they’re EVERYHING. And they won’t give that back without a fight. In fact beyond a religious group as is “we know everything/ we are gods/ we are the superior ones”; universities go beyond that to establish the cult of worshipers so confined by their imprisonment of beliefs, that they fear questioning any leader/ and find themselves obedient to absolutely anything “the cloak of universities say”. As is proven by covid; a couple dozen sick people in an obscure area of China; and a week later “ITS A WORLD WIDE PANDEMIC: FEAR/ BELIEVE/ OBEY” you damn fools you. When confronted with “this is merely emptying the nursing home”/ they claimed safety for an entire world, including every child: TO HAVE NATURE ITSELF MANGLED, so they could collect trillions, and be exempt from law. NATURE IS THE GENETIC CODE; “builder of every living body of life” on earth.While it does not construct the same level of threat, as does the thousand or so causes for extinction to occur. One of the most vile things every conceived of: is the ransacking and rape of democracy itself in this USA. As reality will prove, the destruction of ownership and options for we the people, is nearly complete, by university treason. Reality knows, that soon only a tiny few will own and control the entire nation, having discarded all. The demand for civil war, by those in media under university control, whispering “just do it; in the ears of any group that will listen”; takes control. Just another example of our need for redress; to assemble and define what is true.
