today is my last scheduled x-ray appointment with regard to the broken femur bone and torn ligaments that I experienced from falling on ice covers steps “without a handrail”.
Before payment is received: I am requesting a clear validation as to the pricing you have imposed: as $39,334. 47 is a very high number for services rendered.
I do demand to know: is this the TOTAL ALL INCLUSIVE BILLING/ or is there more coming? Simple as that.
Is this the billing all patients receive: or am I paying a premium, “for presenting with a broken ankle”/ and waiting 11 days before an operation to fix it was offered? Had I known at the beginning, I would have went elsewhere or investigated that possibility. As it is: your business was “first in line”/ on the road, to finding sufficient help; after the accident.
Kindly respond; and indicate your best effort financially, in resolving this matter.
We will then discuss price.
